Dunkin' - Chicago Heights

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts ever they have one employee who's overworked and tried. I've been going there for little over a year because it's close to work, the bad service has always been consistent. Good thing the city is building a Starbucks near work.

This review is for my visit on 1.28.2024. I go to this location at 1-2a week. Every time I get the same thing white chocolate iced latte, with oatmilk, 2 extra expresso shots, line the cup with mocha and caramel with caramel and mocha on the top of the whip cream. This morning the owner tells me you can't make a drink like that. I informed I was just there in the beginning of the week. Even though this owner made it himself . It is not difficult.1. Pick up cup and line the cup with mocha and caramel.2. Pour White chocolate mixture3. Pour Oatmilk4. Add ice5. Top with expresso shots6. Add whip cream7. Top with caramel and mochaI get this same drink the same way Flossmoor, Richton Park, Homewood etc.I do not know if you were out of the ingredients or there was a lack of understanding.Very perturbed customer ???

I love coming here to get my donuts and hot chocolate, but this time I decided to try out the flavor of the month which is hot cocoa flavored with marshmallows and it was delicious. I ordered a milkshake and I wish I would have known they don’t put whip cream unless you asked. The donuts were fresh and the service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant and bathroom seem always clean as well.Dietary restrictions: All different kinds of milksKid-friendliness: Plenty of seating
