The most beautiful cooking table in Chiang Rai, if you have plans to travel to Chiang Rai and you want to try a local kitchen with modern style, is the restaurant that I really recommend for you. All dishes use a local ingredients that tell stories. This course is about the history of Lanna and it is amazing how Chef Kong mixes history with local ingredients with French cuisine or international cooking methods. It's like eating and learning history at the same time. Amazing food, amazing stories, super creation! Totally recommended!
