Burger King - Cheyenne

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards truck drivers. They even allowed us to walk through the restaurant while dining was closed due to COVID. The food is always served hot and fresh. I definitely plan to stop here every time I pass through Cheyenne!

The food was quite tasty. Although they were very busy, they managed to serve the food in a timely manner.

I really enjoyed the flavor of Burger King. The food was freshly prepared. The service was a bit slow, but considering it was lunchtime during the pandemic, it was understandable. Overall, it was definitely worth it.

The lady running things last night was incredibly busy with tons of vehicles un the drive-thru and a few of us inside. She was also understaffed and having to wear many hats. I'm giving the experience a 5* only because of her and because of the 2 cookies the young man there offered as an apology for the weight. She also had to deal with what appeared to be an upset and a bit hostile cook who was throwing food around angrily. Our meat patties were a bit cold and the fries not as fresh as we are used to but once again I can't imagine her doing more than she was and inspite of what was going on she was friendly and even joked around with us while taking our order. She should get a raise!!! Wish I would have taken her name down.

I've been a regular customer at this Burger King for many years and have never encountered any issues... until now. After our order was mistakenly filled, we decided to go inside to get it corrected. While I was waiting to use the restroom, I noticed a young man who had previously been at our drive-thru. He was using the sink, and I waited for him to finish so I could wash my hands. When he finally came out, I was shocked by what I saw! I’ll let the photos speak for themselves, but I will say that there was visible blood, and a large young man—about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with dark brown hair and acne—should not be working there.
