Friends Lake Inn - Chestertown

We had the most incredible dining experience in one of the most beautiful places in the Adirondacks! The food and service were impeccable. Every course was absolutely delicious! The staff, at every level, are attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. A special shout-out to our server, Rebecca! Thank you to everyone at Friends Lake Inn for giving us a night to remember!

We stayed at Friends Lake Inn the day after Christmas the room was comfy cozy, the dining experience was divine. We explored the area and found some nearby restaurant and pubs that were also great. The next morning we woke up early, before the restaurant opened for breakfast and a very friendly staff member saw us and sat us anyways! He was very friendly and gave us some great tips on where to go for the day. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back!

The history alone as the stay in a museum was worth it. the personal offers a short tour that explains the history of building and land. the rooms in rustic wood man, verandas on the rooms offer a picturesque view that take away their atem. has a restaurant in the ground floor and a bar. only a relaxing place I was happy and honored to say will live free in my head forever.

? vacactioners foreseeable! they prefer that visitors come who are known to be covid positiw instead of refunding their payment. the general manager is rule!

My husband and I stayed there this weekend and it was great. The staff (Nicole,Betty and all the others) we very welcoming,friendly and accommodating. The Lake George room was fantastic. The dining room was beautiful and the food was good. The owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was ok. We wished they had local live music in the bar area on Friday and/or Saturday night. Looking forward to staying there next year
