Przekaż informację zwrotnąEverything started out great. I went with my 90 year old parents. My step dad wanted to treat my mom me for a great mexican meal. This is a place that we have been to countless times.The service and the food were outstanding. When the bill came my stepdad learned his credit card was hacked and thus denied. Neiher of us had enough on us to cover the bill.The manager came over and loudly announced you will not leave here until this is paid. How embarrassing. And how threatening could 2 90 year olds and a 60 year old be? This really could have been handled so differently even simply taking down our info when we agreed to come back the next day. Im sure this has happened before. This manager needs training. It will be awhile before we return.
We love La Mexicana. It's such a fun place to go with the family and meet up with friends. We are so lucky to have this place right in our neighborhood. Everyone who works there are so sweet and attentive. Everyone we know loves it there.Food: 5/5
We stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner was greeted warmly by Rachelle ? name on our check). She was also our server made our dining experience a pleasure. She was friendly conscientious without hovering. Our complimentary chips salsa was some of the best we've had the 1/2 price frozen margaritas weren't bad either. My ground beef chimi. was good but not overly flavorful the salsa helped) my husband enjoyed his simple ground beef enchiladas w/ sauce. The rice had a few diced veggies the refried beans were as expected. The restaurant itself seemed clean was decorated nicely w/ latino inspired furniture paintings. Parking is easy plentiful. We will return try something with a little more spice to it. And hope that Rachelle is our server again.
Food consistently good quality, service hit or miss depending on who is working, but overall a great family-owned place. Taco Tuesdays are a can't-miss and their queso dip addictive. I'm not a drinker but everyone says they have great MargheritasFood: 4/5
Terrible service and they were far from busy. We had to repeatedly ask for drinks, then beg for refills. It took about 45 min to find a waiter to take orders. The noise level of one table in the back was loud. I mean yelling loud. The female manager refuse to ask them to be a bit quieter saying “i can’t do anything about them,” so in your own place you can’t ask obnoxious patrons to tone it down??? As s result our party of 10 will not only not return but we will tell everyone else??
