Terrible food and a hair in my coffee. I do not recommend this place for anyone. The service was average and the interior was fairly clean.
I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The restaurant is small but really nice. They have outdoor seating as well. BUT the first thing I noticed were the dirty dishes in the sink. The floor was sticky. Then, when I ordered my food, my sausage was as hard as a rock! My eggs did not have a taste. My pancakes were burnt……BURNT! They were not busy at all. I paid more than 20 bucks for my breakfast. Just for me to throw it in the trash.
A few varied feelings. First off, I hate sit down experiences where you pay and tip before you eat. One side with kids it means I can 't order a backup item for an unruly child without paying again and I 've already tipped if service was not good.So service, it was mediocre. We were checked on one time near the end of the experience and they just said you okay? And then walked away. So not happy with the care.Has a strip mall ambience. Casual, good for kids. They have high chairs and outdoor seating.The cobbler pancakes 4 excellent make and didn 't need syrup. Very impressed. Great flavor.Blueberry pancakes 3 had a homemade vibe. It 's what you expect no more, no less.Egg and fried green tomato 4 juicy and strong flavor though the biscuit was not my favorite. Hot house chicken sandwich 3 chicken was good quality and a hearty chunk that was well spiced, the hot house didn 't add any flavor that I could tell and the biscuits were not my favorite.Cheese grits 1 not sure if it 's just me but something tasted off with these grits. One bite and I put them down and did not eat any more. Do not recommend.Highlights fresh home style cooking feel and a good fried chicken.
The breakfast was very good the eggs had cheese with some spicy element to them, the potatoes were fabulous. The service was very good and friendly.
