Lou Ann's Delicatessen - Cherry Hill

This is a quintessential mom-and-pop deli in New Jersey! My son enjoyed an amazing Italian hoagie, while my father and I opted for liverwurst sandwiches. My dad also had a cup of Manhattan clam chowder, which was so delicious that we decided to take home quart containers of it, along with split pea and his mother's special lima bean and celery soup. The deli has a few small tables, which we used, and we also enjoyed their homemade sodas. At home, we tried the lima bean and celery soup, and it was fantastic. Thank you, Lou!

I tried this place for the first time today, and it has definitely become my favorite hoagie spot in the area! The hoagies are fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent!!!

The food was delicious, and the meats and cheeses were sliced perfectly. I will definitely be coming back! Oh, and they have their own soda!

Fantastic old-school, mom-and-pop deli. Italian hoagie and pizza steaks are great, will definitely be back.

Been wanting to try this place for a very long time, but their operating hours aren't exactly conducive to working professionals unless u are located in the immediate vicinity. The construction around there is supposedly a 5 yr project Oy to that! Anyway got a chicken salad hoagie. Delicious, interesting seasoning with dash of cinnamon. I've never had that before. Also had some macaroni (made with cavatappi pasta). I like that Lou puts his spin on everything. The only negative it smells like a chimney in there! And my jacket smelled of it for the remainder of the day. That doesn't work for me that's very old school but the owner should be respectful of customers. He was definitely a character. But I think the quality of his food was good. I would be inclined to go there again, but hours are limited so who knows when? ‍
