Everything was delicious, and in my opinion, the peanut curd was even better than regular milk-based curd. Even my father, who typically eats meat at least twice a day and was initially skeptical, really enjoyed the vegan rice. I highly recommend it.
During our visit to Chennai, we dined at this vegan restaurant two days in a row. We were impressed by the wide variety of dishes from various cuisines available. My daughter opted for pasta, while my son chose Chinese noodles. I enjoyed a flavorful Parota filled with tofu butter masala, which tasted just as good as the non-vegan version. We also tried the jackfruit biriyani with peanut yogurt Raita, which was delicious. To top it off, we indulged in different flavors of vegan ice cream, with my favorite being the paan-flavored one. With such a diverse menu, we couldn't resist returning for a second visit.
Every dish was unique and delicious! For the first time we were able to eat South Indian vegan dishes, including Raita a Business, which is committed to animal rights and friendliness for Planet Earth.
I really like to go to The Viridian Place, it has become my place in Chennai! I like the small shop that is connected to it where you can buy vegan food and accessories. You can also borrow board games and books. Especially the staff and the owner is super friendly and helpful
