Burger Star - Cheltenham

The best by far and still hasn't changed, yes abjt pricey but worth it in my opinion. Quality burger and the fries for a change have improved.

Thought we’d treat the family to a decent burger whilst visiting family. Great service, lad behind the counter was very friendly. Food came out within minutes, piping hot too. GARLIC MAYO FOR THE WIN!!!!! Thought I’d try a milkshake, why not it’s nearly Christmas!! They were mega thick and the straws didn’t just go floppy after 2 mins. Can honestly say we will be visiting again when we see family! 10/10

Food was ok. The staff member on the till just put a terrible spin on everything with his sarcastic remarks and smug gestures. Was warned about this place being the same 10 years ago, looks like nothing has changed. Seems like we are not the only people that have an issue with the hospitality judging from the other reviews. Would recommend avoiding the place unless you are into them Karen like restaurant experiences.

We have decided to now stop using burger star purely because it is so expensive and the staff are shocking.! No greeting no conversation just extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.! Never make you feel welcome.!

Haven’t been here for a couple of years but called in as Fish and chip closed . What an error as veggie burger was vile , inedible . But worse than that the guy who appears to the manager “TIm” would be a worthy candidate for most obnoxious hospitality worker of the year! 3 teenagers were in front of me , perfectly pleasant nice young people and 2 ordered food and the third wasn’t ordering anything so the sour faced Tim said “ if you are not ordering anything wait outside !!! Seemed to derive much pleasure from doing so if I was the other 2 I would told him where to shove his fast food . Terrible
