Dave Buster's Buffalo (walden Galleria)

First cup of coffee was cold and had coffee ground, the flavor was horrible, I never use cream and sugar and had to with this coffee. The second cup was hot and had no grounds, but the flavor was still sub-par. My child's Macaroni and Cheese was nasty! The lack of any flavor and the consistency of the noodles was just horrible. The adult meals were decent but the price for everything was astronomical.

“You know how to take a reservation but can’t hold it” Disappointed that our reservation for 15 people was not recognized from my confirmation on open table. Communication was not there. They were able to accommodate but it was embarrassing.

We got to the restaurant no one was there to seat our party of 7 had to go up to bar for the bar tender to seat us she had to put table together. Took our drink our then food. Sat for a hour no food, had to go back to.the bar to ask bar tender were our food was our food was made but they lost the slip so the food had to be remade. Not enough staff working. They did make up for it and comped us our meal.

We were seated right away, but the service was quite slow when it came to taking our drink and food orders. When the food finally arrived, we found that two of our appetizers were missing, and the main courses were served cold.

We waited 30 minutes past our reservation. The food was not good at all. Burger was cooked rare, fish was all breading, mashed potatoes tastes horrible. Service was horrible. Didn't get all of our food and no one checked on us for a very long time for us to be able to ask for what was missing.
