Sweet Basil Thai Cuisine - Chattanooga

This is a wonderful restaurant with soothing music and incredibly friendly staff. My mother and I shared the spicy red curry tofu, and honestly, it was the best curry I’ve ever had. It also came with a generous portion of rice, and we loved every bite! We both agree that we will definitely be returning.

I was immediately drawn to the menu, which featured traditional Thai dishes, although I noticed that many of them contained meat and there weren't many vegetarian options. Fanny reassured me that everything on the menu could be made vegan. So, I went with my usual first-order at any Thai restaurant: fried spring rolls, tea, and super spicy vegan pad Thai with a side of peanut sauce. The food arrived promptly, and my tea cup was never empty. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were quite good. I would definitely return whenever I'm in town.
