Each meal replacement shake is between 200 and 300 calories. They are great for breakfast and dinner. There are about 60 flavors to choose from. The owner is darling and caring. Their package deals make life easier. Theyvare open at 6am on weekdays which is conducive to a corporate busy lifestyle where nutrition easily goes out the window. Pop in on your way to work and take care of breakfast! Keeps you going until a late morning snack or even lunch.
