Average Joe's At Npc - Charnwood

I visited this restaurant today with my 3-year-old after searching for local soft play areas on Google. The website showed that the restaurant was open, but when we arrived, there was no one around. Despite the opportunity to help ourselves to coffee, I looked for someone to ask about the soft play area that my son wanted to use. I found a girl in the gym who told me that the soft play area was closed. It was frustrating to have to explain this to my disappointed child. It's 2022, please update your internet information and improve the service at this restaurant. It was disappointing.

It's OK place to take your baby and young toddler. The food is reasonably priced. Definitely suitable for parent and mums to meet up with their babies. Not a bad place.

Lovely little place that was recommended by a friend. They have a bouncy castle, play kitchenx2, play house, little climbing frame and slide and soft blocks. Ball pit has been removed and they are following covid rules well. Easy to distance from others too. Food and drinks are good but only have limited staff so be patient! :

We come probably once every couple of weeks and never disappointed. Big play area for the little ones and rarely too crowded, amazing tasting coffee and cozy log fire!

Do not recommend! The restaurant is extremely dirty and has a strong odor. It doesn't seem like it has been cleaned in a while. The idea is good, but the cleanliness inside is very poor.
