Mcdonald's - Charlottesville

I just had coffee and a little hand pie. Those little pies are usually good with hot coffee.I did drive through.

The service is super rude here i never eat here again all i want to do is check on my order to make sure my order was right all o got was some tell me it is rude to check on my order i never order any food from this place

Very rude, got our order in 30 mins. While everyone else got theirs. Manager was very rude. Other people were returning their orders because they got them wrong. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

One thing I do know how to do very well is have great customer service. You have a girl working the window that obviously was unhappy with her job and neither could she count. If you she was paying attention the same dime she said I was missing she gave me right back. As for the manager at the second window if you speak to someone don’t tell them whether they spoke to you or not. You should always be mindful of what people may be going through. But McDonalds does not know how to provide professional management skills. Greet your people and if they speak cool and if not also cool. It shouldn’t stop anything.
