Dunkin' - Charlotte

I kicked off this Monday morning with a half dozen donuts to celebrate a birthday before school. I really love this Dunkin' because ordering through the app is so quick and easy!

This is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee during the day. I just wish they stayed open later in the evening because I enjoy having a nice cup of coffee after dinner.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order arrived within just two minutes of placing it. The restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return!

So, I?ve been coming to this Dunkin? Donuts for almost 4 months almost everyday and get a refill. Today I went there a bit later and the manager was there. She just told an employee to tell me that refills have to be on Dunkin Donuts cups and therefore they cannot sell me anymore refills. I will have to pay for a full coffee. So I think is better to loose a daily sale witch is $2.14 than gaining one for $1.61. Oh well time to change locations. Thanks manager for not telling your self and sending one of your employees just right beside you to tell me.
