This restaurant is great, with a stylish atmosphere. The trendy decor is complemented by a classic rap soundtrack that adds to the vibe, without being too loud. The service was friendly and laid-back. I tried the potato croquettes, which were well-made, but I expected more ham than what I received. On the other hand, the squid ink pasta with shrimp was fantastic and had just the right amount of spice. I would definitely return, and the rotating menu makes it a worthwhile place to visit often.

EXCELLENT. The food was amazing! We started with the beef carpaccio, which is a must-try. I ordered the ribeye deckle while my wife went for the goat cheese ravioli. We were absolutely impressed! It was the best steak I have ever had. And to finish off our meal, the bread pudding was simply outstanding. Plus, the service was terrific—Greg took excellent care of us! DON’T MISS THIS PLACE.

My wife and I dined at Customshop for a birthday celebration, and it exceeded our expectations. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. The food was fantastic, and the staff was attentive and friendly; you could genuinely see their enthusiasm for discussing the dishes! We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had a great experience at Customshop Handcrafted Food in Charlotte NC. They have a small menu and amazing cocktail and wine list. I ordered the hangar steak rare with fries. It was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the fries were crispyand delicious. The bartender made an amazing dirty martini as well. Our server was friendly and attentive too. Will definitelygo back.

In my opinion the Customshop was just ok. For starters we had the tuna crudo (I was not a fan, but I also do not like grapefruit) the beef Carpaccio which was delicious my personal favorite from the visit. The entrees we ordered are pictured: the Duck Breast which was cooked to perfection but lacked flavor/seasoning, the Rigatoni safe option, the Cecamariti it hasan interesting flavor I didn?t really enjoy the pasta used was something I had never seen before could go without havingagain, the best entree was the Atlantic Halibut it was tasty the flavors blended well together.
