Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

Super disappointing to have to wait 30 minutes over my pickup time (1:10pm) for a mobile order just to get home and discover my food is not even mine. Usually I try to make do but I can?t even eat this persons bowl due to the amount of hot salsa in this bowl. Super disappointed and upset as this is a frequent issue at this location. I usually never try to leave bad reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable! Seriously please do better as a staff.

Ordered online and app gave me pick up time of 7:20 p.m. When I arrived there were almost a dozen people standing outside waiting. This location was taking online orders only and apparently had very few staff so no one was allowed inside. Had to stand outside while it was raining waiting and order not ready until 7:45. When I got home I discovered the order had not been prepared accurately.

How is this location still open? When I first walked in there was a line out the door and no one working. 5 mins later the staff finally came out. The woman working the pick up area just made a bunch of orders at a time and let them sit there. Then she walks over to the grill and starts grilling, meanwhile one guy is just standing there and the cashier also just standing there. After waiting 45 mins for my pickup order, I asked if they had any idea when it would be ready and they just looked at me. I gave this location a million chances but its always been bad and they are always nasty/rude. Never even got my order so I wont be going back ever.

I have never had a quesadilla as DRY as this one!!!! The tortilla was burned, I asked for double rice and didn’t get it!! There was no care or time put into making my food and that’s a shame!!! It’s hard to find people who actually take their jobs seriously.. There was no cheese inside of it either!!! I work too hard to get this kind of treatment!!! This place needs to rethink their hiring decisions!!! When I try to call and complain, I can never get a live person!!!! I work 12 hours and only get a 30 minute lunch break, and this quesadilla just made my day 5 hours longer!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. Just look at how my to go order was given to me and they forgot my side of guacamole. Save yourself the time and headache and go to another chipotle
