Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

The girl and guy working the front were awesome. I wish they had pleasant people like this at every chipotle! Most do but I've ran into a couple that didn't. Keep good people like this employed Chipotle. Bravo!

We order and pick up from this place once or twice a month because it is the only location nearby. I have to report big problems with our meals every time. The in-store experience can be at times as picking up the dining area and wiping off the line seem lower priority than picking up among the employees, but if you go into you, you can at least make sure that they make your order approximately right. But your chips seem soggy forever, and that doesn't help. Avoid if you have a choice!

I was never so dirty and unorganized in a chitople! Trash cans flow over, forks only in a box above the counter, dirty tables, etc. Probably underused, but definitely also badly managed. Oh, and a lot of rice and very little meat on the tacos!

One month ago moved to this area and tried this chipotle twice both time Guacamole had become badly brownish gray). Second time I asked managers I can have fresh and he said it fresh from the refrigerator. What I didn't believe. Maize was also frozen. as you eat ice cream. Would rather drive far for better chipotle option, but never back to this place. Looks like they don't want it. Worst chipotle I've ever been. Never had bad experiences with any other chipotle in my 13 years in the USA.

Chipotle has increased the cost of food enormously due to inflatable prices, but the shell size has gone 1/2 if you have an online order. He ordered a whole chicken dish. 1. Only half of what the actual weight had. 2. Bowl had a lot of beans and rice, no cheese, no acid cream. I only had a bite of the bowl. 3. This is not for the first time that we experience these problems. Very disappointed
