I get that they serve, but at least remove what is thrown to the sides so that it does not stack. it looks dirty and just not clean. the service was ok. it's getting pretty loud in there for some reason. no smile, just like what you want and here. I'm afraid to get sick.
I could just give it a zero if I could. the worker didn't pack my burrito. the food fell out and when he closed with tinfoil, it was not the whole thing to cover. When I picked him up, he fell. since I had no record, I couldn't eat it. that's just embarrassing for the worker. I should be fired after my opinion. I lost my money.
I ordered child meal and an additional chicken and was calculated for $3.95 more. it's a cost for another child's meal, and when I checked her board for the pricing, nothing says there for extrahun $3.95 and she refused to pay back and the staff is not kind at all. they all looked upset while they fill dishes for the customer. the place is also evil.
Incredibly unprofessional. Witnessed the employees general manager laugh at a customer and subsequently follow them into the food court after they came in with an issue. First they harped on them having a receipt, then it was oh you left the restaurant with it, and finally it was oh you tried to eat it. They openly laughed and made comments about this person for everyone in the restaurant to hear. The staff completely ganged up on them and quite frankly I don't know how that's remotely acceptable. The customer did what was asked and brought the food back in but was given a hard time because the general manager followed them and saw them try a bite of the food one more time. From what we could hear it was too spicy for them and they had attempted to eat the dish. They weren't asking for much, just for the dish to be replaced with something else or a refund.Having worked as a GM for a restaurant, I was really upset at how the staff treated this person. We always genuinely listened to the customers complaint, explained if necessary then offered a solution... either remake the dish or make them something else, or a refund.I know every restaurant has different policies but the way this person and their child were treated was completely unacceptable.Openly mocking customers is never okay.
This is the guacamole that I received on my veggie bowl delivery through DoorDash.Not only did they forget half of my food but when I called the restaurant to let them know the guacamole is terrible and they shouldn 't be serving this the teammate stated that this is the quality that they are comfortable providing.She states well I work here and this is what I 'm okay giving to customers Terrible Chipotle location.
