Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

The first time in a while. We went inside and nobody asked to take our order. None of the workers interacted. We decided to order and wait online as we asked for our order and the people also wait in the line. Once we got our food, there was a piece of hair in my cookie. So? Good luck

I tried and tried, but I can't handle the Rivergate site anymore. I'm not sure what's changed and when, but they were NOTORIOUS because they screwed up my orders. On at least 2 occasions I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten-free bread and they literally gave me no chicken fillet!. The bungalow is always packed separately and the grilled chicken is packed together with the sandwich toppings in a separate bowl. All the blows are here, but there are NO CHICKEN! Recently we ordered 2 breakfast dishes with the grilled fillets and that's what I have? I made complaints and was rewarded for the bad orders, but they still get it wrong! It is not worth even at this point, I am pleased to hear that some of you have had a much more pleasant experience?

I love Chick-fil-A and they have a great system that moves through the window line very quickly. But I just spent $15 on two orders from chicken strips. I told him I wanted honey mustard that they gave me a small container of honey mustard for two orders. Someone inside doesn't do his job. And I will not go back there, only for honey mustard. I have to eat my chicken dry

So my chicken biscuit was left from my leadership. Did not notice until I came home, so I drove back and explained what happened and got one. That's the garbage I gave. There is hardly half a cookie in total and each side is about as thin as a piece of paper. Half the egg was cold. The whole falls apart and you should be embarrassed if this is the quality of the food you give to every customer.

This is consistently the worst chick fil a in the area. Over 40 minutes in the drive through line and it was not busy to receive this garbage piece of chicken that was thinner than the pickle slice. They also forgot the toy in our kids meal AGAIN. We keep trying hoping they get their act together but they never have and obviously never will. Please save yourself the trouble, ignore the obviously fake reviews below, and go somewhere else.
