After they hand you your drinks and ask you to pull forward they are allowed to stop the time on your order, therfore meeting their standard. This is a bogus practice. I 'm left sitting in line for an additional 7 to 10 minutes. Often receiving the wrong order or cold food. I for one am no longer going to accept this standard of service. I have worked in the food industry before, where our standards and customer service was higher. I 'm only one small voice sharing my experience.
I came in at 6 in the morning and order sausage biscuit, sausage mcmuffin and HB it took them 25mins to give it to me and on top of that the person making the food wasn 't wearing any gloves. I asked if they could remake it and they said I 'm sorry we can 't
Went through the drive thru, the guy was constantly talking over me and wouldn’t listen and continuously asked if I was done ordering after every item I ordered. I then went to the window to receive the food that I ordered and was handed a drink carrier that I didn’t want, my Frappé was a medium instead of a large, my food was cold. I definitely won’t be going back
The service at this restaurant has greatly improved. My order was accurate and I am loving it!
The restaurant consistently fails to accurately fulfill my order, even when I place it through the app.
