Mcdonald's - Charleston

The food well what do you expect it's a Mcdonald's but they have the slowest service I have seen at any fast food place

Sooooooooooo slow. They will take your order relatively quickly. After that, we stood to the side and waited 17 minutes for our order to come up. Let's say you're thinking of leaving Boomland because the line at Wally's is too long and you think you can do better at Micky D's. Think again!

A McDonald's right off the freeway in the middle of nowhere that's closed at 5am. Major disapointment. I guess this hungry traveler will keep goin edit: they're not closed, just really slow. I guess the workers are just as tired as I am. (Drivethru)

Wow, these people really need some assistance! It seems like this place is either understaffed or the staff is not well-trained. One employee was handling all the orders and doing the best she could, but I overheard her mentioning that she couldn't get in touch with her managers. The wait time at both the counter and in the drive-thru was much longer than what is typically expected at a McDonald's. To anyone passing through, I would recommend going to the next McDonald's down the road instead.

Despite the negative reviews, we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It appears that they have made some updates. Interestingly, they were unaware of what Apple Pay was, despite offering it as a payment option.
