I don't know about on-site service because I've never been there, I always order at home. The snack is very good, they use great ingredients (at least in the snacks I've had so far, they even use frozen peas which are much better than the canned/preserved ones). At São Cristóvão it arrives quickly, is well packaged, the potatoes never arrived withered, they are seasoned and served with a delicious sauce, well seasoned, with lots of garlic. The main positive point for delivery is that it opens at 11, so especially on Saturdays, it's my first option for a delicious and quick lunch, because in about 40 minutes it's already delivered and always very well done. The online service was fast and polite every time I used it. I think the value is consistent with the snack in size and quality. People here love bacon cheese.
