The restaurant reviews weren't very good in advance, but arriving a little before opening time, they started 10 minutes earlier and I was able to enter immediately. The service was quite normal even though I was the only customer. The food was served quickly without any stress, and it reminded me of the taste of this type of cuisine after several years. The miso negi ramen in large size and the gyoza were delicious. I personally like the messiness of the gyoza. The gyoza had a lot of vegetables and was delicious with plenty of chives and garlic, which I personally like. I enjoyed the strong and delicious taste with extra garlic in the dipping sauce. I recommend visiting on days off from work.

I visited on Monday, June 27, 2022. I ordered the Negi Ramen (650 yen) with extra noodles (100 yen) and requested a stronger flavor. Based on other reviews mentioning that the taste was too light, I decided to order a stronger flavor in advance. It turned out to be a great success. The dish was very delicious. The only downside was that the bamboo shoots were unique. I think each person should judge the quality of the bamboo shoots for themselves. (Personally, I did not like it).

The restaurant is very delicious. There are only two tables, so it's difficult to find a seat. It seems that groups of three or more will have to sit separately, so it may not be suitable for women or families with children. The restaurant is not particularly clean, and the restroom is a shared traditional Japanese style. This may not be ideal for women either. However, the ramen is truly delicious, so I would give it four stars. On a side note, the owner of this restaurant has an amazing memory. They never write down any orders, yet they always get them right. Even during checkout, they remember everything you ate without asking. It's quite impressive, so if you visit, make sure to observe this. The restaurant's operating hours have changed to 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, so be sure to take note. They do not have a break in the middle of the day.
