One of the best places to dine and drink in CU. Food and service are both incredible. But the real secret is their whiskey program! Sam and his team put on fair and outstanding events. Can’t recommend them and the whiskey program enough!

Great experience, they have a very good collection of bourbon. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the subject. Food is good also.

Watson’s is awesome! Sam does a phenomenal job! The food is good, the bourbon selection is top notch. Such a great atmosphere of people! If you are not apart of the Watson’s community, you are missing out!

Awesome gumbo and pretty good old fashioned and Manhattan. Service was ok considering how busy it was. We were told to sit at the bar and our table would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Several groups came in after us and got seated and we never did get a table, even though the line tracker said we were still in line. Overall still a positive experience though.
