BLUF: solid, would go back. We got the meat lovers omelette with banana pancake upgrade, chocolate chip pancakes, and a side of hash browns. The omelette was big, we only got through half, and it was loaded with fillings. The banana pancakes were good, I'm told. The full order of chocolate chip pancakes was a lot for me, I got through less than half. I found them just slightly on the dry and dense side, but nothing some syrup didn't fix. The chocolate chips were not mainly in the middle of each pancake. The hash browns were phenomenal: shredded, soft and tender inside, wonderfully crisp outside. I wouldn't order the chocolate chip pancakes again. I want to try the Benedict, potato pancakes, and various scrambles next.

I had breakfast here yesterday. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. The portions were large, but it was definitely pricey. Be prepared to spend $22 to get some flapjacks and a plate of crispy bacon. I couldn't finish all the pancakes. They have real maple syrup here, the house syrup was good, but it wasn't the best. I heard a rumour that they also will give you walnut syrup but you have to ask nicely.
Lester, who serves you coffee, is known for his years of dedicated service at this restaurant, and there's even a tip box for him. OHOP truly values his many years with them, and I believe in supporting places that care for their employees. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, including 15-20 different types of pancakes, such as the sweet Apple Dutch. The portions are always generous and customizable. The Benedict dishes at ANNEX are fantastic, and the omelettes are baked in the oven, making them uniquely fluffy and flavorful.
