Subway - Champaign

If you are not happy with your job, then you shouldn't be working here. I visited this restaurant tonight to grab a sandwich and was promised a free cookie with my purchase, but they refused to give me one. It's not about the money, but rather the principle of the matter. The staff had a bad attitude and seemed to be uninterested and inattentive. It's disappointing when employees dislike their customers so much. I am tired of going to places where the workers have a negative attitude and don't provide good service. Not all places are like this, but some are, and it's frustrating.

We came to this business around 19:20 and the load says it closes at 20 o'clock. but all the lights are closed and the people said they were closed as soon as we tried to enter. they did not seem to want to take orders because it seemed that they had already started cleaning. it is quite unfortunate that the staff do not let people order, although it is more than 30 minutes until the load is to be closed. they left the order open, but from any reason all the lights were closed and they did not hire. the two I saw in the load seemed to be standing at the cash register. Maybe they had a reason to close early, but it would have been nice if they said so somewhere.

Worst subway ever! we were the only ones in the line and the dame stood at the cash, the changes in register, while we never waited I was on a subway and have 20 minutes waiting to ask what we wanted to say then that she was bowling thanks to for a waste of time!

I got the chicken and bacon sandwich and it was nasty meat tasted fake lettuce looked old I will not be going back to this subway. Smfh and I love Subway.

Called delivery, messed up my address, told me on the phone that I could go there to get another. Eventually canceled my order. If I would go there why did order online.
