McDonald's - Champaign

Tonight I went to the McDonalds on Neil street around 11:30pm. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the two gentlemen working were. They had really good mannerism which was refreshing to see. Thank you for staying positive and friendly during a late night rush!

I haven't stepped foot on a McDonald's property in several years until this day. It may be many more years before I do it again. Reasons are as follows: McDonald's has gotten simplistic. It didn't seem like you can refill your drinks any longer, the soda machine is now behind the counter. It isn't very welcoming when you enter. Nobody to greet you like other fast food chains, The Big Mac was my favorite menu item, the patties and buns got a lot smaller. The portion of fries I received didn' fill the large box I ordered. I ordered on the app and had it delivered to my table. It was clear I annoyed the employee who brought it to me. He sat my bagged order on the table and walked away without saying a word. It seems McDonald's has lost its touch with the customer and cares more about the profit.

First time trying mcd in USA , McFlurry is really good

I ordered at the counter and I have meal very quickly. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon with pickles only and I still receive my order correctly and fast.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to. Staff was prompt, courteous, and respectful!!
