Sunrise Diner

I visited the restaurant on New Year's Day and ordered the pig with sour wort. It came with a salad, potatoes, and sweet potato casserole. Unfortunately, the meal was only slightly warm. The pork was quite fatty and tough, while the potatoes were just okay. The sweet potato casserole had an unappetizing taste, and the salad was wilted and brown around the edges. When I mentioned my concerns to the cashier, he asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. However, the server next to him suggested it probably wouldn’t matter, as that's just how they prepare their food. Given that the quality was so lacking, I won't be returning, and that sums up my experience. The prices were also quite high.

My husband and most of my family have been dining here for about a year and a half now. We celebrate birthdays, Thanksgiving, and pretty much everything else here! We've never received cold food, bad food, or experienced poor service; it's always been excellent. I have worked in customer service for over 45 years, and I truly hope this place doesn’t change like others have! We always try to request Karen as our server; she’s an older waitress who is always friendly and a fantastic server! I plan to keep coming here for many years to come! Keep it up!

I put an order for pickup, Quesadilla and Western Omelet. Quesadilla missing fries, homeries in the Omelet box were tasteless. Looks like the house frits on the grill are uncooked. The setup will do that when I called the diner and asked to deliver the fries, I was rejected. I expect simple orders to be correct and when you come home to sit down and eat what you order while the food is still hot. Save your money and go anywhere service exists. I won't return. I was charged at full price and no refund offer was received. Some of the order was to provide the diner with a phone number and I was not contacted by the diner staff. Terrible experience.
