Niko Niko Sushi - Cerritos

I was delighted to discover this fantastic restaurant during my travels. The food was excellent, service was prompt, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Photos taken on April 2, 2022.

I have been visiting this restaurant for over a decade and the service is still excellent. The portions are generous, especially the 3 piece bento meal. The ramen bowls are so large they can easily feed two people. The dining area is cozy and there are TVs throughout the room. The staff is happy to accommodate requests to watch a specific game.

Caution: The servings at this restaurant are large. Don't underestimate them as they are very filling. I tried the monkey brain sushi roll (#35) and the unagi (#2). I probably wouldn't order the monkey brain roll again, but the unagi was delicious. The salad and ginger provided a nice break for the taste buds.

Came here starving with no energy felt dizzy after a 3 hrs John Wick movie. Ate so fast that I'm so full and also felt dizzy from being stuffed lol. This place is tempting me to order more while I'm in the restroom because there is a menu hanging on the wall like artwork. Delicious in every bite. Sushi so soft smooth melted in my mouth. Soft shell crabs came with salad, the softest crab in the world even seniors with no teeth can eat haha. Finished off with tempura ice cream. The combination of warm fried melting with cold ice cream. Will be back!
