Kfc - Centralia

Great service and the young man who took our order was great! More importantly, they treated people with kindness. My family stayed for dinner on 7/6/22 and we saw a delicate act of kindness from those working there. There was a young homeless who came to the restaurant, and he was offered a free drink when he came to the counter. He had a hard time to ask if there was something he could do to earn a meal, and the employee he asked could not fully understand what he asked. I noticed what was going on and offered him some food. They then understood what he asked, and they offered him a chance to help him take part of the garbage in the garbage and he took advantage of the opportunity to help. Not sure how it ended, but they showed compassion and that's good in my book.

Delicious chicken with sides and a drink in the big box combos. I ate every morsel of my deals with Coleslaw. Service was fast, despite dinner rush and food not lost any taste just from the ride home... unlike some of the other options we thought about this night.

The guy in the drive-thru was helpful. The service was fast, although I ordered a whole farm of chickens Lol. Everything was correct, except for the lack of barbecue sauce. And the food was perfectly cooked.

The 3-piece and sandwich were mouth watering! Shasta took good care in a fast and hot delivery!

5 piece tender combo not complete, missing dipping sauce and sides. Chicken was tough. I feel like it was leftover from lunch. This is the second time my order has not been good. Sorry KFC Im done
