Hardee's - Centralia

Good value for the price with fresh food most of the time. The cooking is professional, but there are occasional slip-ups. However, the hard biscuit never disappoints.

The 5 pieces of oven-baked chicken with the spicy yet sweet honey sauce are fantastic.

I ordered a combo meal but unfortunately, they forgot to include my fries. This has happened three times now.

The fries, both regular and curly, were not cooked enough. I had to use an air fryer just to be able to eat them. The shakes and drinks were too watery. The chicken tasted old. I pre-ordered my food for a later time, so I suspect they cooked it in advance and let it sit. The burger was also cold. Overall, the food was completely terrible.

The new blue packets replacing the ranch dressing are terrible. They are very watery and runny.
