I asked for help due to being on crutches but all I got was a look as if I had 2 heads. Staff need to be more mindfull to people who ask for help. We r not doing it to be lazy we are asking for help for a good reason. Came in 4.1.23 for coffee and cake with husband. Again which was amazing. However the service from staff was better but I asked for help but I had to go up for our drinks as they wouldn't help. This needs to be addressed
This is possibly one of the most poorly designed Starbucks I’ve ever come across. The owner/franchisee has to reconsider the lay out and experience for the people who want to sit down and enjoy their moment. On the flip side, the staff are bubbly and friendly and make genuinely nice coffees. Take away is your best option here!
I ordered from them the other day on uber and only recieved one sandwich instead of 2, i was contacted prior to delivery but i am not a fan of the replacement they offered. so i contacted uber for a refund and they refused to give it to me : i rang up today and they were more than happy to put an extra sandwich in! very kind helpful staff order from here all the time thank you again !
I am here regularly and it's so astonishing to see 4 people behind a till being so inefficient. 4 people working and still they won't take your order until 10 minutes have passed. No excuses made, not even eye contact with customers, just 4 people at all times not acknowledging your presence whilst you wait for them to replenish straws or something. Then they take your order in a rude manner as if you were the biggest inconvenience ever; they will roll their eyes, they will make minimal contact. And then you wait until a simple latte is made. Another 10 minutes because they must be hand picking the coffee grains for it. Honestly the most frustrating experience in a Starbucks I have ever had.... Repeatedly
Atmosphere fine and food is overpriced but you pay for what you get: a Starbucks. What I didnt expect to have to pay for was the rudeness of the customer service.
