Bistro 321 - Central City

In there defense they were remodeling at the time but my 1 star comes down to their inability to cook the steaks at the proper temperature! Way over cooked ! Hope they do a better job after the remodel!

We wanted a nice dinner in this hectic gambling town so we tried this bistro. It was outstanding, the server was awesome. And we did not think it was taking too long for our food to be prepared but the the server apologized and said they were going to comp half of our bill because it was taking more time than usual. When the food arrived it was presented beautifully and it was wonderful!!! We will go back whenever we go to Central city!!! Outstanding!

Worst food! Gross! Husband ordered scallops, I can do better at home with wet scallops

My friend and I enjoyed a meal here with their Thursday evening special, 30 minutes before they closed. A staff member recommended the steak or lamb as they said those were the best dishes. I chose the lamb and my friend chose the halibut. We both loved our meals, it was probably the best lamb I've ever had, cooked perfectly, and the sauce was delicious! My expectations were low based on reviews but maybe we had a great chef last night because we both loved our dishes. I definitely would eat here again the next time I stay at Reserve.

I can't even give this place a star, because I am still throwing up the scallops. Stay far away. Ok I had to give one star to post this. Run away
