Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

07/24/2021: The server my date and I had was probably the worst we ever had. I understand it, servers come into the weeds, but that doesn't mean you should just give up like that. We waited for our food so long that she came back and asked us if we were ready to order. I wish I could make jokes. Lol. We ordered two different burgers, and two different types of bacon and both got bacon I think you were from McDonald?s. We waited so long for our drinks not only I had to get to the bar to get our drinks, the reasonable bartender had to leave his bar and get drinks on the table. My girlfriend got sick and we had to go and the server took FOREVER to check me and we had discrepancies. I know this place is a franchise, but a man laughing.

I traveled from Boston, MA to Charlotte, NC for lunch. Has a design Blue Moon with Red Robin Burger. Cosy place to have fun. Hopefully I will visit this place again.

My server Corey drank a glass of beer and set it open to tables next to customers. She was drunk and spoke loudly with her staff about drinking on the job. She was drunk when she served us and was not aware at all. She welcomed us with ?sorry that I forgot everything? when she came to the table and was clear? not in the right mind. She made us all feel so uncomfortable.

Loved it, excellent service and food, I git myself a tito's cocktail with my burger, with how much we ate, the bill wasn't that expensive, would definitely come back.

Last visit I don't think I took any pictures because I was starving. Food was amazing! I believe we had the same bartender take care of us as some of the other reviewers. Very friendly and on top of refills and asking if we needed anything. Only concern was the bathrooms weren't in tip top shape. This could very well be that we were one of the last people in the restaurant and it was the end of the night. Overall, Red Robin is probably my go too place to eat in this area. Love the food.
