Viewhouse - Centennial

Pure garbage. Slow service, new wait staff, not worth the high prices.

Disappointing reservation system! We reserved a table through the website a few days in advance to share a meal with a guest visiting us from Germany. We chose ViewHouse Centennial specifically for the views. They wouldn’t seat us upstairs saying it was full and sat us in the bar (loud and no views). They told us they planned our reservation for the bar area because they thought we made the reservation to watch a wrestling match, which makes no sense because we definitely didn’t write anything about wrestling when we made the reservation. It all seemed a bit dishonest. The service and food were fine once we were seated but I wish we had left and gone somewhere else.

Really expensive but good food service and atmosphere

Got a magnificent case of food poisoning from the shrimp salmon pasta.

Food is great, drinks are good. Service is almost always mediocre no matter how busy it is. Just a small example: We were seated for over 5 minutes before anyone even came to our table to acknowledge us or take our drink order, and the place was only 20% capacity with a bunch of people working. At one point we didn't see our server for 30+ minutes. It was an effort just to order drinks and ours sat empty for a long time. I used to serve when I was younger and I never would ignore tables for long periods the way they consistently do here. Also 3 out of the 4 high-top chairs at our table were broken and unsafe to sit on. Someone is eventually going to hurt themselves. Unfortunately we will probably no longer come back after multiple chances.
