Paul Revere's Pizza Corporate Office

First impressions are forever! I had always wanted to try their pizza, so I decided to treat my grandson and myself to one. The pizza was good however the delivery driver was horrible and disrespectful!! He yelled at me in front of my grandson, because I didn't hear him knocking ar the door. Then he threatened to not give me my pizza which I had previously paid for when ordered over the phone. I will NEVER order from this place again!!!????

Ordered the Terminator and breadsticks 2 weeks ago and got the $24.99 offer for a 1 topping pizza. I placed the EXACT same order again and it was $31? I ordered 1 topping of pepperoni on 75% of the pizza. I then ordered 1 topping of mushroom on the remaining 25% of the pizza. No 2 toppings overlap on any part of the pizza. Only 1 topping but the 2nd time I placed the SAME order they said it didn’t qualify as a one topping pizza. I told the person they honored this 2 weeks ago. The employee walks over to a manager and points at me. He says “you deal with that...I am not going to argue with THAT!” The manager walks over and says he won’t honor the price as one topping. So I tell him I don’t want to pay $5+ more for having 25% of “1” topping as mushroom. I waited and the manager said nothing. So after 25+ years of being a Paul Reveres Pizza customer I walked out. I then ordered pizzas and breadsticks at another pizza company. I will not be ordering my usual 2-5 orders a month anymore. Customer service doesn’t exist so no need to have this customer.
