Terrible service. I know it can get busy but 45 minutes in a drive through is just rediculous. Half the time our coffee is not even made right, so then we have to go inside and wait longer for them to fix it! They need to work on there drive through times and maybe alittle more staff training?
Jojo was amazing, she helped me decide between drinks because im super indecisive. She is quick and made it through the drive thru fairly quickly!
Lame typical excuse for closing the lobby... staffing shortage. I was here no more than 20 minutes ago and apparently our younger slower generation of workers can 't handle or were not prepared well enough to handle the food service industry. Communication is poor bt the works and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to nuke my sandwich. Now I come back and the lobby is closed and the drive thru is packed and I 'm committed to getting my Mrs her required treat. More accountability would be great but hey, it 's just a DD... what did I expect? Btw, not only is there no lobby service there is no hot sandwich service bc the oven is down. Wth?!
I come here quite often and honestly, I’m sick of the service here . I understand y’all are busy but there is always something wrong with my order. At least put some effort into the food that you make
