Snow Pea Sushi, Chinese Asian Bistro

The food was absolutely perfect, and our waiter was exceptional! Management, you should definitely keep an eye on Michael! While I often forget names, his stood out clearly in my memory. My meal truly hit the spot, and Michael was among the best waiters I've ever encountered! The egg drop soup was a rare find that I haven't enjoyed since a small local chain in Nebraska which held my top spot for years! This is not just your average chicken soup with some egg dropped in—oh no! It's a rich, thick, deep yellow broth full of flavor that transcends anything I've tasted in Texas, which has left me disappointed with their bland egg drop soups for five years! I even took some home with me! (I was so caught up in savoring my five ordered dishes that I forgot to take photos, so all I have is this little to-go bowl to show. But just look at it—THIS is what proper egg drop soup should look like!

This is a fantastic restaurant with outstanding service—our server, Mike, was wonderful. As first-time customers, we were treated to a complimentary small soup, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the egg drop and hot and sour soups. Our roll was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Snow Pea was an excellent spot for lunch. The sashimi lunch combo was the perfect portion to satisfy my hunger. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the hot and sour soup (which I didn’t photograph) was quite tasty. My only complaint was the wasabi, as it lacked the expected kick. Overall, I had a delightful experience here.

If you are looking for upscale Chinese food this is the place. They also have sushi and an extensive bar. Clean restrooms. Mike was our waiter and very helpful. We always have good service and never have to wait.
