Bardmoor Suites - Cedar City

Really friendly staff willing to help. the rooms were cleaned and refilled every day with the room service, and the reception was friendly and helpful with information about the city. would definitely stay again if they were looking for cheap accommodation in cedar city.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The waffles for the free breakfast we're good and they had lots of goodies. The hair dryer however did not work in my room.

It was okay, not the cleanest and the room definitely could use some cosmetic repairs. One of the beds had hair and crumbs under the sheets and the toilet was leaking water at the base. We checked in late and only stayed for a few hours so it wasn’t that bad since we weren’t there long. The a/c worked great which was nice.

Thw room I stayed in was clean enough but half the lights were burned out and one of the electrical outlets didn't work. I didn't love the shower. The pool was very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable

Would never stay here again. I get it's a budget friendly motel, but when you can't even sleep because of the extremely loud music playing by another guest from 10:30 PM to 4:00 AM that's just uncalled for. The music was so loud that the head boards were vibrating the walls. To hear the owner say that he was not notified of the issue is just sad. Literally it could be heard all the way down to the office I'm 100% positive. My husband went down in the morning to talk to someone and the bell in the lobby dinged several times, and no one ever came out. We tried to get a refund through hotwire which we booked through, and the person at the motel they talked to would not authorize a refund. I guess I must have it all wrong the reason you stay at a motel. I was under the impression that it is to sleep. I can guarantee we were not the only guests that had to suffer because of this, and I know we are also not the only ones to complain.
