Pizza Hut - Catskill

Although I did not receive my free breadsticks (apparently zimstick) as expected (I was informed that I would have to pay the difference), I still rate Pizza Hut with 5 stars. I believe the employee was at fault for not handling the situation correctly. Pizza Hut's pizza is simply the best, and I would choose it over any other pizza any day.

As someone who doesn't eat cheese, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu options that did not contain any cheese. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was incredibly delicious.

For a chain pizza place I am highly impressed! The service was amazing! There were only two people working but they were both so attentive checking if we needed anything, of the food was ok and if more drinks were needed. The food itself was perfect and came out quickly! Other establishments should take notes because this visit was above and beyond what I expected!

I don't know what's going on with this place me and a friend went there this past Saturday to pick up two dinner boxes that we are called in an hour before. However when we went there to pick up our food after what we thought what's an ample amount of time even though we were not given a time estimate we were told by the person at the front counter that they did not know if our order was in the system when we ask them how is that possible they said our order must be in the oven and coming out soon. Even though she had just told us she did not know if the order was even in the system on top of that the workers were all arguing with each other in front of customers we were told it would be another 45-minute wait to re put in the order and to make the food we saw it two hours was ridiculous to have to wait to feed our families so we left and went to Burger King as well as other people from Pizza Hut. These people need to get it together and all on the same page and maybe not argue in front of customers amongst each other. It's crazy to read the other reviews and find that employees fighting amongst each other seems to be a common problem they should probably fire everyone and get people who want to work

Idk who was working tonight around 8 p.m. but they do not care at all about the product. My two orders of fries were put together in the wrong container and they were undercooked! Not fully cooked at all. Not even close to done. I always order the fries here because they are always crispy and delicious. These were disgusting. And I find it really odd that I went to leave a review on Facebook and I couldn't. No option to do that on the catskill pizza hut page. That's shady af and I just don't trust this place anymore. I spent $50 and I deserve a refund for the two orders of fries at least. The other food was very lack luster. Probably won't be back. The chick on tonight was terrible and not very friendly either. She definitely didn't care about serving us undercooked nasty fries.
