Everyone knows I live in Panera Bread. I love this place!

I'm going to the 10 vegetable soup with bread. I also pampered an orange. Both were very delicious. The soup was served beautifully and hot and tastefully. The Scoone was perfect. I spent a lot of time there as I had trouble with my computer. I really enjoy that nobody even looks impatient when customers take their time. The only drawback was that it was quite awake and order line. Go there early and get ready to wait during peak hours. I arrived at 11:30 and was back at the coffee station when I arrived. The person who takes orders seemed mostly confused. I also felt it was a long wait at the food counter for just a bowl of soup. It seems that they do not have the capacity for online ordering as well as for store ordering.

I got a text, saying my order was ready, but they had completely forgotten about it. It wasn’t until a nice person asked but I waited 15 minutes after I received the text notification to get my order.

The team lead Aron is very rude and nasty to customers. The customer before asked for bagels and he got upset because she wanted them toasted. The other staff was very sweet but he needs to work on Team lead skills and how to work under pressure when it gets busy, and how to talk and treat customers
