Atwater's - Catonsville

Atwater always has a vegan and vegetarian soup. Unfortunately, this is the only consistent part. There are usually a few vegetarian sandwiches that rely heavily on cheese, and there can be a vegan option. The menu turns seasonal, which is nice, but there is no obligation to have a vegan option. Gluten-free bread is available.

Please note that the restroom is located on the second floor. It is unfortunate that the disabled cannot access the facilities. The service received a rating of 4 out of 5, while the food was rated a 5. The atmosphere was rated a 1. Recommended dishes include the Egg Biscuit with Cheese and Bacon. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20 for breakfast.

It's in a great place in town. It's a really great cafe. The atmosphere suits both leisure trips by yourself and conversations with friends or family. My husband and I went here with my dad and stepmom 3 Saturdays ago and did not have a pleasant experience. The girl working at the register already seemed to be in a bad mood with the person in front of us, and it continued when it came time for my family to order as well. I was paying for my family and let them order first, then when I ordered she said she couldn’t take my order and needed to help the people before me despite me standing right beside my husband and parents. Her attitude was very short and stern and it felt tense the whole time we were there. I ordered the pumpkin pie latte and I had to check and see if there was pumpkin in it because I couldn’t really taste it. The shop was really cute and there were a lot of local places around the area with their products out. The fresh bread looked and smelled good too. I don’t think I will be going back, but hope it was maybe just an off day for the shift working at the time.
