Terrible service and terrible food. We got sushi which tasted unconvincing and then the spring rolls weren't good either. Among other things, they didn't bring us two dishes we ordered. Pretty bad experience. Apart from some dishes and a super helpful waitress, everything else was very unsatisfactory. They got several orders wrong and the efficiency of the services was very lacking. The waiters were very hasty and not very attentive, one was even a bit rude, the menu seemed much emptier than the usual all you can eat but this does not necessarily determine the quality of the food and the place. In our opinion the food was nothing fancy, the simple things were done well but already starting from the uramaki (especially those with the philadelphia) no longer as they were made in a very imprecise way. Rice totally stuck in the Temaki and Onigiri. All other food was good. Despite all this, the biggest flaw was the ordering method, once you have given the sheet you are not told when all the courses will arrive and consequently you wait a long time thinking you haven't finished when instead they could simply tell them in a way to allow you to order again (which clearly fortunately was possible to do).
