The worst experience of my life. The lady who takes the orders is arrogant and rude. Pizzas ordered at 8pm arrived at 11pm! Despite having asked several times, I was always told that they were already leaving or that they would arrive immediately, which in fact was not true. (Given that the pizzeria is 5 minutes from my house). My complaints about what happened and the lack of seriousness towards the customer were responded to with rudeness and arrogance. As if that wasn't enough, he didn't give any discount to apologize for the delay, he railed against me because I complained and the pizzas were wrong and had a sticky consistency. Really embarrassing.

Pizza with Timilia flour, difficult to find in takeaway pizzerias, ingredients clearly visible on the counter, all of good quality and brand. The cured meats are sliced on the spot and this is a sign of attention and love for their work. The staff is helpful and courteous. I don't understand the negative comments read... and I am normally a very critical person... Food: 5
