Privileged place to eat in land of fields. It is impressive how you can do with such basic products, such glorious delicacies. You can tell that there is a great job behind each dish. The only drawback (small) would be in the wine that even the waiter himself told us once the bottle was opened, to wait a bit for it to cool down. But it didn't worry us much either because we were still with the beers and the impressive French white vermouth called La Quintinye VERMOUTH ROVAL. We will definitely be back for a fourth time.
