Kayla is the best manager and the girl Brianna is also great. You earn raises and promotions. This is always my number 1 Dunkin and needs more support to let it run.

The person who served me made my drink perfect. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything and I was satisfied with my order.

I placed a mobile order at 5:10 AM, as the website stated they open at 5am. When I went to pick up my coffee, no one would answer the speaker. I felt ignored and wasted almost $5. I drove around and saw the lady standing right near the window. Lazy people shouldn't be working there. If you advertise that you open at a certain time, at least have the decency to let customers know if you are not open. This experience was disappointing and frustrating.
