The atmosphere was pleasant but, I was very disappointed in the curry, PHO, and the Vietnamese Spring Rolls. Very watery curry with no flavor. PHO had an off taste almost as if it was not cooked long enough. The Spring rolls were over fried and burnt. I was hoping to like it but, I will continue to go to my favorite PHO restaurant off Bitters and West.
Staff was friendly and the food was great. This was our first visit and there are many more dishes we want to try. We are glad to have Kinnaree in the neighborhood.
New name, new owner, same big pho, with more Thai options. very clean, naree served us and was very sick house and friendly! started with Vietnamese eirolle, beautiful and crispy sauce was not super sweet, good compliment. for my evening dinner I had the spicy beef-pho shell (hold chili oil add) but tasteful suppening base. jasmine tee was hot and refreshing.
The pho had the aroma of ingwer, so it seemed promising, but no. I can't say if it's fed on broth or even broth. had to throw many hoisen sauce, sriracha and also into a soy sauce to be able to consume. my daughter cilantro did not look edible, so she had to ask for more, as she was literally given something that looked really sad and floppy. the Vietnamese spring rolls ordered and could not eat them, so most went to waste due to the whole fat. the early roll looked like they were fried again, dirty old oil or thrown into the frit and forget. the oil glitter throughout the visit. husband fried rice looked good, but again, lack of taste. only someone whose food was good was my grandson who had a child's meal. Eat could be better if it wouldn't jump out in seasons because food is poor taste.
