Blue Ridge Coffee - Casper

The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic, and they can help you discover new flavors to add to your coffee. The raspberry blended mocha is amazing, the frozen hot chocolate is incredible, and the plain hot latte is also exceptional. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning every time I visit Casper. A perfect 10/10 rating.

This coffee shop is fantastic! The food is delicious, the coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.

I usually order one of the breakfast bagel sandwiches, but yesterday I decided to try something different and got the chicken salad on white bread. My sandwich was served quickly, which was nice. However, after taking my first bite, I almost had to spit out the whole thing. I initially thought the smell of the sandwich put me off, but after trying a second bite, I realized that the bread I ordered was undercooked. It was doughy, rough, and wet. The chicken salad was good, so I ate half of my sandwich. I wanted to clarify with the young man working there when the bread was baked. When I asked if it was baked twice because it seemed undercooked, he insisted it was baked that morning. When I mentioned that my bread was raw, he avoided eye contact and quickly refunded me for the sandwich, acknowledging that it was inedible. I did not want to cause a scene, especially when the staff seemed unresponsive. I thought my tone was just curious as I wanted to inform them about the issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem. Only the bread seemed underbaked, as the chicken salad sandwich was large and the pasta salad and coffee were enjoyable. I was slightly disappointed with the response to my concern and hope that management addresses this issue so that raw bread is not served to customers expecting a nicely toasted bread.

Perhaps I am just unlucky, or maybe it's the lack of attention to detail from the staff, but for the third time in a row, my order has been messed up. Each time, it was a food item that was incorrect. I had ordered an egg sandwich with pepper jack cheese and chorizo on a croissant, but instead received a bagel with cream cheese. I was willing to give them another chance after the first two mistakes, as I understand errors happen, but it seems like every time I visit, they manage to mess up my order. It's frustrating and feels like I'm wasting my time.

The coffee is excellent, but the drive-thru service is extremely slow. We ordered two lattes at 10:30, and it's already 10:54 and we're still waiting in the drive-thru.
