Restaurante Zé Borlas

Located next to Sao Pedro station this restaurant is a favourite of the locals... if you fancy a Sunday lunch then definitely book a table. We visited with the corona virus in everyone’s mind and has the restaurant to ourselves but as usual the food was good and staff very pleasant. My favourite meal here is steak on a stone ... allows you to cook your steak to perfection and still have it warm at the end of the meal!

S. Pedro do Estoril is not known for having nice eateries. This one is just perfect. Simple d"licious family disshes in an uninteristing decor. Just perfect for a winter lunch as the atmosphere is quite cosy

If you want good old fashioned home cooked delicious food this is your place. My husband and I aren’t the best Portuguese speakers and the kind English speaking waiter helped us through. We fancied steak and he recommended the Argentinian picanha and a skewer between us. It was beautiful!! Steak cooked to perfection, indeed when we were dividing it my husband used a spoon...that’s how tender it was. Chips home made and delicious and the icing on the cake was a really fresh salad. Cant wait to go back and very reasonable price.

The waiter was really friendly and helpful (we speak no Portuguese but his English was great) food was absolutely delicious and unbelievable value!! Get the dessert made with condensed milk, it is great

Great local Portuguese restaurant. Had fantastic fresh fish. Waiter was really friendly and accommodating. Had Champions League on in the background which was ideal!
